Our Application & Use of the Amazon Selling Partner API
We operate a private, internal application that integrates with the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). The application is self-authorized and is used solely to manage our own Amazon seller account.
Under our own authorization, we use the SP-API to:
- Automate order and inventory management for our own account;
- Retrieve advertising and search-query performance reports;
- Track keyword rankings for our own products;
- Analyze sales performance and optimize our product listings.
This application is for our own organization's internal use only. It does not provide services to, or process data on behalf of, any third party.

We do not collect, access, store, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of buyers or customers, including names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment information. Our application is designed to operate entirely without buyer PII.
4. How We Use the Data
The data is used exclusively for the internal operation of our own business: automating order and inventory management, analyzing advertising and search-query reports, tracking keyword rankings, and optimizing our product listings. The data is never used for any other purpose.
5. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Access is restricted to authorized members of our organization. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
